Established as an independent division of the Institute for Financial Literacy® in 2006, the mission of the Center for Financial Certifications is to promote the effective delivery of consumer financial products, services and education through the professional certification of individuals providing these services. The Center accomplishes this mission by providing professional development, training, and certification for those in the financial counseling, education and related fields.
