Annual Conference on Financial Education
The Institute for Financial Literacy® hosts
the Annual Conference on Financial Education™. The Conference provides
professional development opportunities for individuals who work with financial
literacy education. In addition to being a critical networking event for
financial educators, the Conference offers attendees the opportunity to
learn about current trends, develop funding strategies and advance the
cause of financial education.
The 2008 Annual Conference on Financial Education will be held in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Institute will present the Excellence In Financial Literacy
Education ("EIFLE") Awards. The EIFLE™ Award was created by the Institute
to acknowledge the innovation, dedication, and the commitment of those
supporting financial literacy education. Categories honored include Books/Curricula
of the Year, Educator of the Year, and Organization of the Year.
